Tex mex bean bowl

So things have gotten a little crazy around here of late. I do however have a few recipes lined up to share with you in the next few days (those that follow me on Instagram may have a bit of an idea as to what’s coming up).

In the meantime, I am guest posting over at Consuelo’s beautiful blog Honey & Figs today, sharing my recipe for Tex Mex Bean bowls. Consuelo was one of my first blogging pals, and has a site filled with delicious recipes (cheesecake for breakfast anyone?), beautiful photography (see what I mean?) as well as hilarious anecdotes from Consuelo’s everyday life.     Southwestern/Tex-Mex was the cuisine of my childhood and still comfort food to me today. This looks delicious and so vibrant, Dearna! And yes, I am jealous of all the sun and vitamin D you’re soaking up! ;-)
